Getting started

Claim your subdomain and set your raise
One form on the signup page: company name, your subdomain, your details, and the round you're raising — target, currency, start and close date. You're the super admin from the moment it saves.
Invite your co-founders
From Team, invite by name, title, email and mobile. They set their own password from the invite link; only a super admin can invite, remove, or change a role.
Upload into the ten starter categories
Pitch Deck, Financials, Cap Table, Traction and more are ready on day one. Mark anything private to keep it visible only to you.
Build your first investor view
Pick the documents one audience should see, write them a note, and get a six-letter link. Different audiences can see different documents from the same library.

Common questions

Can I change my subdomain later?

Not on the Free plan today — pick something you're comfortable sending to investors. Renaming is on the roadmap for paid plans.

What happens to a link if I revoke a view?

It closes immediately, even for an investor who already has the room open. They'll see a message naming who to contact for a current link.

Does marking a document private really hide it?

That's the design commitment once document uploads ship: filtered out at the database, not just hidden on the screen, so it cannot appear in another teammate's list, search, or any investor view. See Security for what is actually live today.
